During the summer of 2022, I had the opportunity to intern for the chief development officer at the Hispano Chamber of Commerce in Albuquerque, New Mexico. While I was interning, the Chamber of Commerce was partnering with another organization that brings business owners from other countries to the United States to learn about business practices. I was able to work with four individuals from Latin America that were fellows at the Chamber of Commerce. My internship gave me valuable workplace experience and I was able to learn more about business in Spanish speaking countries from the fellows.
